At Phabrika, we are committed to creating WOW moments for you at all times. We will go far and beyond in order to have your printed fabrics looking their best in the fastest time possible. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you receive and feel the need to return it, please read this policy carefully.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
We take our fabrics, our printing process, our quality controls and your satisfaction very seriously. We will do our best to make a perfect fabric printing job every time, and we’ll double check all items on your order before shipping them to you. This is our promise to you.
Before placing your order, please read our FAQ section in order to receive more information about our process and the results you can expect. Also, please note that:
Printing fabrics differ in color from one another. Some are white, some are more in the beige color scale. On your design, everything that is white, will look the same color as the fabric’s original color after your design is printed. Other colors might have a slight difference depending on the base color of the fabric, but as a general rule, they will be very similar and not far from what you see on your screen.
Colors and tones you see on your screen might slightly differ from those digitally printed. This is the main reason why we strongly recommend that you purchase a sample before placing your final order. We recommend that you turn off features like NightMode, NightShift, etc. which tend to render colors on your screen (specially after noon) on the warmer side. You must follow the washing instructions provided on our website in order for your fabric to preserve its look and feel over time.
ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS
Please note that we will only accept returns if one or more of the following conditions are met:
- The item you are returning is not a sample.
- The item has not been used.
- The item has not been washed.
- The design printed on your fabric differs from the one on your order.
- The design or colors printed on your fabric differ from the one on the sample you purchased beforehand.
- You receive your fabric with structural damage, ripped, dirty or with any other imperfections you may not like.
- You receive a different fabric from what you ordered.
Please understand that your order is custom made for you. We strongly recommend that you purchase a sample and confirm its look and feel before proceeding with your final order. If you wish to place your final order without purchasing a sample first, please note that you are doing it at your own risk and we will only accept returns for received goods that are damaged.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date. All returned items must be in unused condition.
Items purchased on the size variant “sample” are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line.
We will send you a Return Form that you can fill out and return to the above email address. Please do not worry, as this is a very short and easy to fill form. We only seek to learn from our mistakes with it.
We will confirm the information on your order, and, if applicable, send you a Mailing Label so you can send us the item(s) to be returned free of charge.

We will start processing your return immediately after it has been received. Please allow seven (7) business days for us to process your return.
You may opt for a store credit or a refund. Store Credits do not expire and cannot not be transferred.
In case you opt for a refund, please note that it might take up to two(2) billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement.
We will notify you via email on every step of this process, unless you request otherwise on our Return Form.
